Ensure sure you’re making the most of your summer vacation by adding some of these activities to your to-do list.
1. Kick Up Your Workout Routine
Between waking up to an alarm in the early morning hours and staying late after school for tutoring sessions or grading papers, it can be hard to establish a steady exercise schedule during the school year. But with summer break, there’s no excuse not to hit the gym!
Make sure to set aside a few days a week to join a yoga class, go for a run, or take a walk with a buddy. You can even do some push-ups and crunches while catching up on your favorite Netflix show. Plus, you’ll have the perfect excuse to go shopping for a new wardrobe before class is back in session!
