During this 7th-annual conference from the International STEM Education Association (ISEA), teachers will learn more about using technology in their science classrooms. STEM experts will discover new methods to generate excitement by incorporating concepts based in technology and engineering. The focus will heavily lie on different projects that encourage teachers to assign hands-on projects to students. Guest speakers include NASA engineer John Weis, Purdue University assistant professor in Engineering/Technology Dr. Scott Bartholomew, Michael Allen–an expert in 3D printing lesson plans, and a keynote address by Laura Spence who is a STEM specialist in Pinellas County, Fla.
